Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst

Role Overview

Gerent is looking for SALESFORCE QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST who will join the Delivery team at Gerent who shares our vision of bringing the power of cloud computing to enterprises.

What you’ll do/ Description:            

Create best practice test strategies for the Salesforce CRM based projects. Create customized test automation solutions based on client’s requirements. Work closely with the development/configuration teams to review the implementation and provide feedback from a testing perspective. Actively participate in requirement analysis and test design

Provide proactive advice and feedback throughout the software testing life cycle for prevention and early correction of quality problem.  Create functional test plans.  Develop test scripts.  Execute automated and manual test cases. Create, enhance, debug and run test cases and sharing test results. Perform Salesforce Administration, validate Salesforce.com functionalities in applications. Use knowledge test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, HP QC, ALM.

What we’re looking for/Requirements:      

Education: BS in Computer Science or equivalent; Experience: 3 years of relevant experience as Software Development, Software Engineer or equiv. Job based in Herndon, VA but requires travel to unanticipated client site locations in the U.S.
