Gerent is looking for Solution Architects with Financial Services Cloud experiece who will join the Delivery team at Gerent who shares our vision of bringing the power of cloud computing to enterprises. Solution Architects are experienced professionals on our project teams responsible for overseeing the overall solution and deliverables. They work closely with various technical and non-technical team members, managing and running complex, enterprise and strategic projects.
They are the subject matter expert, who actively participates in the project, scoping, design, build, implementation and successful deployment of various Salesforce initiatives, with the end goal of delivering value for customers.
The Solution Architect - Financial Services Cloud will have the opportunity to grow into a Certified Technical Architect (CTA) in Salesforce. Gerent pays for all the examination vouchers for any Salesforce certifications and ensures that you have time to prepare and pass the certification exams.

We are looking for Solution Architects with various degrees of experience at this time. Outlined below are the responsibilities and qualifications that are typically expected of our Solution Architects. The actual responsibilities and qualifications may vary slightly based on the experience and the level at which a candidate may get hired.
What you’ll do:
Serve as a Trusted Advisor, drive conversations with our customer's Enterprise Architects and Business Stakeholders armed with best practices for enterprise architecture functions such as Security, Performance, Development Process, and Application Governance.
Responsible for Design and managing the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
Advise and mentor diverse teams, which include customer and partner resources in technical and
functional delivery aspects at a program level, using influence and adaptive communication strategies in scenarios where Senior Architect does not have direct authority over all resources.
Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies including the Force. com Platform.
Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, Enterprise Architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and Force. com Platform education.
Drive the creation of application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into the customer's infrastructure.
Troubleshoot key customer implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive to successful resolution. Lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements from a senior level.
Build relationships with business partners, internal and external, and contribute to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single customer engagement.
Contribute to the growth of the Services Practice by identifying and leading internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice, leveraging junior teammates to achieve individual as well as team growth; serving as an active contributor to the practice knowledge and resource base; mentor, educate, and enrich technical and non-technical Salesforce customer and partner colleagues
Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform and various integration tools.
Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management.
Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders by providing vision and future product roadmap.
What we’re looking for:
Experience
5+ years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e. g. CRM, ERP), filling positions of increasing responsibility and management of more junior technical resources.
2+ years of Financial Services Cloud is a must
2+ years of experience as an Architect in a mid-sized organization with demonstrated leadership
2+ years of external consulting experience, including 3+ years of CRM consulting; and hands-on experience with one or more CRM software products such as Salesforce, Siebel, Oracle, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, etc.
Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign on, and master data management.
Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.
Multiple Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder, Platform developer 1, Marketing Cloud, CPQ etc.)
Application development experience (JavaScript, XML, HTTP, Java, C++, ASP and SQL)
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology (or equivalent experience).

Strategy - Must be able to lay out a strategy or roadmap for clients onboarding or amidst a digital transformation anchored in Financial Services use cases
