Gerent Joins Salesforce’s Agentforce Partner Network

For the Salesforce ecosystem, Agentforce isn’t just a product — it’s a revolution. From the moment it debuted at Dreamforce ‘24, Gerent has been on the product’s innovative front lines, executing implementation projects and collaborating with Salesforce to create new, value-adding use cases for Agentforce across multiple industries and categories. Of course, we aren’t alone in our ambitions. In late fall, Salesforce launched the world’s very first ecosystem for Agents: the Agentforce Partner Network. The APN promises to become an active hub for collaborative ideation; independent software vendors (ISVs) and Salesforce implementation partners alike have embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, seeking to find new ways for businesses in every industry to drive efficiency, improve operations, and solve problems with AI agents. 

“Agentforce represents a monumental shift in the industry, enabling humans with AI to redefine how businesses achieve customer success,” Brian Millham, Salesforce’s President and COO, explained in a press release. “Over the next year, our bold vision is to enable customers with a billion AI agents. The Agentforce Partner Network…plays a crucial role in helping our customers realize this vision by providing a vast catalog of trusted and ready-to-deploy partner agents and agent actions.” 

But for us, this challenge isn’t new. Gerent has been championing the spirit of the Agentforce Partner Network since well before it had an official name. 

Over two years ago, Gerent established a dedicated AI practice staffed by a team with expertise ranging from world simulation environments to agent orchestration patterns, with talent across math, computer science and engineering disciplines. Consider our work with Precina Health, a healthcare company specializing in personalized diabetes care, as an example. In December 2024, Precina launched:

  • SF Service Agent to provide seamlessly supportive self-service experiences to patients.
  • Sales Development Representative Agent to autonomously engage providers, book follow-up calls, and drive awareness so more patients can be referred for Precina’s services. 
  • Sales Coach Agent to help clinicians simulate patient conversations and speak more confidently to the value of personalized diabetes care.
